I grew up in Middle Georgia, went to school in Middle Georgia, and go to college in Middle Georgia. To offset all this variety in my life, I have traveled to a lot of different countries. I like a good frame of reference, but sadly it has cost me any semblance of a southern accent or knuckle dragging redneckery I would have otherwise retained. What it has given me, on the other hand, is the understanding that with people digging in the trash to survive, there is absolutely nothing in my life worth the time or the effort to take seriously. I am not the clothes I wear or the car that I drive. I am the understanding of my surroundings.

I don't drink or smoke, not good for your health and I want to always have control of myself, sometimes drinking can make a big difference and I have a wonderful time without it.

Some things I'm a big fan of and would like to share with others.

1) Concerts - Mostly rock and metal, but most live events are good.
2) Entertaining games - Scrabble, poker, rock band, etc.
3) Good stories - movies, tv, books, songs.
4) Good food and drinks - I'm also a pretty good maker of desserts (Cakes, cream cheese pies, and cookies so far).
5) Interesting ideas - science, philosophy, religion, etc.

Short term goals

1) Learn to cook more meals.
2) Work out more.
3) Start something creative outside of work and cooking (I'm sort of leaning towards learning guitar or maybe start organizing all the cool ideas, things, places I've experienced into something that's worth sharing).

Long term goals

1) Work related goals. Rise up in my corporate job, earn a decent living, learn, and enjoy what I do without being crushed.
2) Once I get bored of that, maybe start a desserts, coffee, and drinks sort of place.
